ABS印度及中國BSCI審核權暫停2個月

正如業界所見，近兩年，BSCI認證的火熱程度一如深圳的樓市，持續上漲。為了確保BSCI可以在迅猛擴張中仍能維持其公信力，FTA在近期對BSCI公證行進行一系列的資質調查，調查結果也于官網陸續公布。

繼2016年12月12日公布將自2016年11月11日始暫停TüV SüD在土耳其的BSCI審核權三個月后，2016年12月19日，BSCI發布以下通知：

Two-month Suspension of ABS’ Auditing Operations in India and China

ABS在印度及中國的BSCI審核權將暫停2個月

Following an investigation initiated by the FTA secretariat, ABS Quality Evaluations’ operations in India and China will be suspended for 60 days. The result of investigation shows systemic issues on ABS’ quality and operation of BSCI audits in these respective countries. The suspension has been decided by the BSCI Sanction Council as a result of an unsatisfactory root cause analysis and associated corrective actions provided by the auditing company, which was requested following the investigation.

經過FTA秘書處的調查，ABS在印度及中國區的審核運營將暫停60天。本次調查結果顯示 ABS在上述區域的BSCI審核情況存在系統性的質量及運營問題。由于審核公司在調查中未能提供令人滿意的根本原因分析及相關改善措施，BSCI制裁委員會最終決定暫停ABS的審核權，以進行進一步的調查。

The suspension will start from 2 of January 2017. ABS is now expected to review their resources and management system to ensure they can deliver the right level of audit services to its clients locally. Upon solid evidence of robust operations and quality oversight mechanism, the suspension is to be lifted.

本次暫停裁決將從2017年1月2日生效。目前，ABS正被要求對其資源及管理系統進行評審，確保能為其當地客戶提供恰當的審核服務。如ABS可以提供實質證據證明其運營及質量系統得到了切實監督及管理，該暫停決議將被撤銷。

由此，我們可以看出BSCI對審核質量及各公證行運營情況的重視�？深A見的是，在即將到來的2017年，BSCI認證將愈加嚴格，工廠、咨詢公司及審核公司三方均將面臨更為嚴峻的考驗，而順利通過BSCI的工廠也將迎來更大的機遇。
